For agents and developers
The Capital FM free checker gives the same answers to people at /find and to software through a small, open API. Send the countries someone lived or worked in and a few yes or no answers, and you get their money map: the free official routes, each with its official link and the date we last checked it.
There are no keys, no accounts and no sign-up. The API only accepts fixed codes, so please never send names, numbers or anything else personal.
Try it
curl "https://api.capital-fm.com/api/check?countries=GB,NL&jobs=yes&left_midyear=yes"
curl "https://api.capital-fm.com/api/check?countries=DE&mode=loved_one"
curl https://api.capital-fm.com/api/check/schema
What you can send
- countries (required): two-letter codes, comma separated, or other. The schema lists the codes.
- jobs, accounts, shares, bereaved, left_midyear, child_savings: yes, no or notsure. Not sure counts as yes.
- mode: self, or loved_one when someone is checking for a person who died.
- Optional: years (tax years, comma separated) and business (eu, uk or other) to narrow tax and VAT results.
