Pensions
State pension: Liechtensteinische AHV-IV-FAK. The AHV-IV-FAK keeps an individual account (IK) of the earnings on which contributions were paid, and you can order an extract of it. From abroad: The order form needs no login and has a country field, and foreign nationals must add a copy of an ID or passport. The page does not say outright that delivery abroad is allowed.
Workplace and private pensions: Finanzmarktaufsicht Liechtenstein (FMA). Occupational pension institutions (Vorsorgeeinrichtungen) in Liechtenstein are supervised by the FMA. Ask your old employer which fund it used, then ask that fund for your record.
